Conference

This two-day event will take place at the Valhalla Inn on Friday, Sept 18 and Saturday, Sept 19, 2015. Breakfast will be provided on both days along with refreshments during the breaks.

Luncheon

This event will occur in the Scandia Room at the Valhalla Inn on Friday, Sept 18, 2015. It is a four course meal followed by a guest speaker. Please choose one of the  “+ Luncheon” options to register for this event. Guests of attendees are also allowed to attend the luncheon portion; please select the appropriate guest option for registration. Please note that TBMS members are allowed one complimentary guest for the luncheon. Additional guest tickets must be purchased under the “additional guest for luncheon” option.

It is an accreditation requirement that the NOSM CEPD office maintains records of all certificates of attendance provided to participants of any event that has received accreditation through their office. Registrants will receive their certificate of attendance in the weeks following an event. In order to create a profile for you and to store and make available your transcript(s), the CEPD office requires your demographic information.  Information collected by the TBMS and the NOSM CEPD office will be managed in keeping with current Ontario privacy legislation.  As a member of the TBMS or as a registrant to one of our CME events, you hereby authorize the TBMS to provide any demographic information entered into this website to the NOSM CEPD office.  Please create your profile or registration accordingly.
