Notice about sharing of personal information
It is an accreditation requirement that the NOSM CEPD office maintains records of all certificates of attendance provided to participants of any event that has received accreditation through their office. Registrants will receive their certificate of attendance in the weeks following an event. In order to create a profile for you and to store and make available your transcript(s), the CEPD office requires your demographic information. Information collected by the TBMS and the NOSM CEPD office will be managed in keeping with current Ontario privacy legislation. As a member of the TBMS or as a registrant to one of our CME events, you hereby authorize the TBMS to provide any demographic information entered into this website to the NOSM CEPD office.
